Walter's Perspective
2 Constitution Court was the very first waterfront high-rise in Hoboken. It was built in the late 1990s by the Applied Development Company, a large developer in the area. Its steel and concrete construction means minimal noise between each floor. As it was built in the late 90s, many of the units tend to have a late 90s, early 2000's style to them. What's nice about this is that you can acquire a unit for less than those other complexes and renovate them to your liking. And that's exactly what many people who've been buying at 2 Constitution Court have been doing. They buy the unit for less and then renovating it to their needs and style, putting in their own kitchen design, flooring and bathrooms. They are building custom condos on the waterfront.

2 Constitution Court has a large fitness center and a
The building is right across from the 14th St Ferry Terminal so if you are commuting to New York via the ferry you can just leave the building and you are at the NY Waterway Ferry in less than five minutes.
It's also located very close some great restaurants like La Isla which is a Cuban restaurant located a block away at the Maxwell Place Complex.
2 Constitution Court is located in the popular uptown Hoboken area. This area has seen enormous development in the past 10 years and many people put it on their hot list for places they want to live in H
